At Cancun, I noticed that iguanas like to climb the lamp posts and wait. Each iguana fights for a lamp to warm up and catch mosquitos. A larger iguana gets a post with a better view than the post of a smaller iguana ... It is a matter of seniority and power as in humans … The lamps atract the mosquitos and the iguanas have developed the habit to claim the lamp posts.
