Door. A door with sensors, network cameras, and a motorized lock that can be managed remotely using iPhone, Mail and iCal.
Elevator. The elevator call button can be activated and disactivated from the command module in the wall, Touch Screen, from the iPad, by e-mail, or by a calendar event.
Irrigation. There is a schedule for irrigation of the Terrace, the Winter House, and the WC when the house is close. The irrigation scheduled is managed by iCal.
Ventilation. The air in the home changes daily. The ventilation daily schedule is managed by iCal.
